We want you to love your Lovebox experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include all charging cables and accessories.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Lovebox in its original box, ensuring all components like the heart and power cable are securely included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
